Time apart made Changqing realise how much he loved Zixuan and decides to go against his master’s wishes to be with her…once and for all.
He sets off in a flying ship and heads to the end of the rainbow, where Zixuan waited. As he walks towards her, he tells her a story of a fool who in his first life, was torn apart from the one he loved. In his second life, he let his jealousy and insecurities take over him which lead to misunderstanding and death. In his third life, there was no more story as there’s no longer a fool. All he wants is to be with his lover forever. The two are filled with happiness and two hold onto each other…awwww ♥~ This is probably Changqing’s best decision he has ever made.
